question Granite (http://tanbrown.org) seams and (http://maplered.com) installation

HI, I hope you all can help. I am in the finishing stage of building my house, it has taken me a little over a year. I did all the work my self except the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops because I heard they were a nightmare and (http://maplered.com) dont even attempt them. So I contracted this one piece out.

I think " I know I got Screwed" I hired this "contractor" to cut and (http://maplered.com) install my black Granite (http://tanbrown.org) (flecked) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top. I gave half $ when he did the templete and (http://maplered.com) was to give the other half upon installation. I work durring the day so I left final payment in cash and (http://maplered.com) the key to my house so he could deliver and (http://maplered.com) install my Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops.

When I arrived the next day the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops had been siliconed to the cabinet tops BUT, he left 1/16 to 1/8 seams between the Slabs (http://www.VerdeUbatuba.com) . The seams were emply no epoxy, no silicone no grout... just spaces between the Slabs (http://www.VerdeUbatuba.com) of Granite (http://tanbrown.org) .. Wont return calls and (http://maplered.com) now its been over a month he is not comming back. Please help

Sorry for the story but know you know where i stand (http://maplered.com) , I have read all you links and (http://maplered.com) here is my question:

- I have 8 lf of seams, how do I fill in these seams, what product do I use ( epoxy, colorant...)
- How do i make the seams blend in with the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) top since the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) is already set
- how do I seam the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops
- What do I use to seal the Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops
-how do I set the 5" back splash (silicone?)
-where can i buy the epxoys, sealers........
-are there other things I need to do.

i have been to all the local home stores and (http://maplered.com) Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) people and (http://maplered.com) no one wants to help with advise or the job.
